Our company
T’OLIS is a business run by a young and enthusiastic team based in the ROIG bakery shop, situated in the village of Corbera de LLobregat, near Barcelona.
ROIG is a long established family company which has grown successfully over the last 30 years and offers a wide range of fresh bakery products. We actually have a lot of varieties of bread, including an organic range, all made daily by our artisan bakers to satisfy different tastes.

Our start
The start of the business was in 2002, when T’OLIS were sold by weight in the local shop to the regular clients of the village. Due to it's local acclaim ROIG company decided to serve this product in packets and called them ’Toasts with olive oil and salt’, hence the name of T’OLIS.
Since then it remains true to its commitment to the craft baking ethos, which has been the focus of the business from the beginning. Throughout the years the company has risen to the challenges of the market place, and has been innovative in developing its own patented products.
Our secret
The secret of our business is, we think, the fact that we still make bread every day in our local bakery. We always work with the best ingredients taking care of the correct rising and oven cooking times.
Moreover we have highly skilled artisan bakers, who are meticulous and understand that baking a great loaf is all about precision, timing and experience. .
