Yes, in England sandwiches are great, always delicious and combining  a wide range of succulent flavours and textures to satisfy all tastes, ideal for parties and buffets, but  you can still eat those favourite fillings as TOLIS TOPPINGS!  It is a new way of eating, very colourful, appetizing and tempting so...try it !  it is very easy to prepare...look at the picture above, the toppings you can see are the following:

 

-Smoked salmon lightly covered with hollandaise sauce and garnished with fresh fennel.

-peppered mackerel mixed with philadelphia soft cheese and a bit of fresh lemon juice.

-Roasted peppers and aubergines on a spinach leaf bed and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

-Brussels pate with sliced strawberry.

-Tuna, sweetcorn and maionese on a spinach leaf bed.

-Brie cheese with wild cranberry sauce.

-Egg, maionese and cress.
